Résumé Service |
I first developed the skill of putting together professional résumés in the years that I
worked as a personnel consultant and recruiter. I have since done résumés for many
people. My goal in creating a résumé is for it to reflect the person’s skills and
experience in the absolute best way and enhance his or her
ability to get the job that is desired. When
I receive a request to create a résumé, I try to obtain as much background information
from the client as possible, including prior résumés, if possible. I will conduct a
telephone interview in most cases and ask a number of questions about past jobs,
responsibilities, skills, awards, and special abilities. When I am done, I will have a
résumé that as fully highlights the individual’s
assets as possible.
