| I learned that I had a
"knack" with computers back in 1985 when I first laid eyes on a PC. Thereafter,
at every job I had I became the resident "computer specialist" until a few years
ago when I decided to take a job as a computer technician, and later as a technical
support analyst. In 1995, I held a contract position at
Hallmark Cards, Inc., in Kansas City on their Help Desk where it was my job to
troubleshoot software and hardware problems over the telephone or by remote computer link,
for Hallmark’s sales force across the country. A few years later, I worked via
telecommute, utilizing VOIP technology, to support the customers of an Internet Service
Provider.
Since that time, I have continued to provide technical support
services to end-users, also primarily over the phone or via email. I have maintained a
very high success ratio and my customers have been very satisfied with my services. |
